Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the RowMaker mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RowMaker ("we," "us," or "our") provides a mobile application that enables users ("you" or "your") to input data into Google Sheets by capturing images or recording voice notes. The App utilizes artificial intelligence to extract structured data from these inputs and adds them as rows to your designated Google Sheets. RowMaker does not store the extracted data but retains metadata necessary for the extraction process, such as sheet names, purposes, and column descriptions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the App and that they agree to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Responsibilities

Accuracy of Data: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit through the App.
Permissions: You must ensure that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and process the data using the App.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Device Security: It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the App secure. You should not jailbreak or root your device, as this may compromise security features and affect the App's functionality.
Connectivity and Charges: You are responsible for providing the necessary internet connection to use the App and for any charges incurred by your mobile network provider.

5. Prohibited Actions

Intellectual Property Infringement: You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
Unauthorized Access: You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems or networks.

6. In-App Purchases and Credits

6.1. Credits System

Usage of Credits: The App operates on a credits system. Credits are used to facilitate data extraction services within the App.
Trial Credits: Upon creating a new account, you will receive a free allotment of trial credits. The specific amount of trial credits provided is at our discretion and may change without prior notice.
Purchasing Credits: Additional credits can be purchased within the App through in-app purchases. Prices and packages are displayed within the App at the point of purchase.

6.2. Payment Terms

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through the app store from which you downloaded the App (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). The app store's terms and conditions apply to such purchases.
Authorization: By making an in-app purchase, you authorize the app store to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of the purchase.
Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with your purchase.

6.3. Credits Usage

Non-Transferable: Credits are personal to your account and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Expiration: Credits may have an expiration date, which will be communicated within the App. Expired credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

6.4. Refunds

All Sales Final: All in-app purchases of credits are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the app store's refund policies.
Disputes: Any billing disputes must be addressed with the app store from which you made the purchase.

7. Google Account Integration

Access Rights: By using the App, you grant RowMaker permission to access your Google account for the purpose of reading and writing data to your Google Sheets.
Scope of Access: RowMaker accesses only the files and metadata necessary to create and manage your spreadsheets within the App. We request the minimum scope of access required and do not access any data beyond what is necessary.
Revocation of Access: You may revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings.

8. Device Permissions

Camera and Microphone Access: The App requires access to your device's camera and microphone to capture images and voice notes for data extraction. By using these features, you consent to the App accessing these device functions.
Data Processing: Images and voice recordings are processed in real-time for the sole purpose of extracting data to input into your Google Sheets.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

RowMaker IP: All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by RowMaker or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
User Content: You retain all rights to the data you submit. You grant RowMaker a limited, non-exclusive license to use the metadata solely to provide the services.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

11. Termination

By You: You may discontinue use of the App at any time.
By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease. You must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

12. Disclaimers

As-Is Basis: The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the App's content or the content of any sites linked to the App.
No Warranty: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RowMaker, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the App;
Any content obtained from the App;
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RowMaker, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

15. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features or portions thereof without prior notice.
Terms Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RowMaker regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
